eden supports three Nottingham charities this festive season

After thoughtful consideration and lots of discussion across our team, we have once again decided to dedicate our Christmas Card and Gift funds to support charities doing essential work in our communities.

This year, we have committed to support three remarkable organisations that provide vital services to those in need, and safe spaces to those who need them most. The Eden team picked these charities because we can see the impact which their services are having on our doorstep and we know how important all donations are to ensure they can keep delivering.

Nottingham Women’s Centre is a free and safe community space in Nottingham City Centre which provides support and access to training, low-cost counselling, educational courses and guidance.

Tracy’s Street Kitchen is a volunteer-led, not for profit organisation which provides food and care parcels to the homeless of the city and to low-income families, single parents, the elderly and genuinely disadvantaged. These guys are wholly dependent on the generosity of companies and individuals, so if you can help in any way, it would be massively appreciated.

Base 51  is a charity that supports 11–25-year-olds in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, providing counselling, trauma support, LGBTQIA+ groups, youth clubs, practical advice, and a safe space for young people who are at risk of criminal exploitation (county lines etc) or sexual exploitation, or modern slavery.

We hope our clients, friends of Eden and wider network who have received our Christmas message can spare a few moments to look at these amazing charity’s website and social media presence and spread the word about the great work they are doing in our city.
