we all face different challenges at different times and find different ways to deal with those. eden’s mental health policies, and our trained Mental Health First Responders, make sure that there is support in place for those that need it.
regular 1-to-1 meetings with every team member provide a confidential and informal place for checking in or just to chat through ideas that need an initial sounding board.

always learning
personal development is very important to us and we like to make sure that everyone feels that they are still on that learning curve. eden team members all hail from different backgrounds so we make sure that they can share that experience. It’s part of that creative collaboration that keeps us all reaching for our next great idea.
our own Eden Academy provides in-house training monthly and we invite in experts to train the whole team regularly. Each team member receives a personal annual training budget – which allows them to seek out external courses and opportunities to pursue a particular passion or build on a strength.

all work and no play?
hardly. Where’s the fun in that? We have weekly Thirsty Thursday afternoons and the Eden social committee has its own budget to pay for tickets, pizza, drinks at the local, sports, board games lunches and anything else that takes their fancy and which gets the whole team involved … with the inevitable (often edited) pic for our social stories.

rewards
along with the obvious paths to promotion and personal glory, there’s a few extra benefits available to the Eden team. Everyone gets their birthday as holiday (or chosen working day) but that’s not to say that they miss out on presents and cake in the office.
and Long Service is rewarded with additional holiday days – 1 extra day for every year of service past 12 months – to a maximum of 5 extra days. And we grant extra days, to allow us to close the office doors between Christmas and New Year.
eden also has a long history of pro bono projects. We like to make sure that we can provide our particular kind of support where it could make a difference.
we celebrate our chosen charity with 1 day of gifted time each year, where the team step away from account work to support our cause in person.
