the challenge

Inspire International UK are pioneers in health and safety, environmental and quality management for the commercial vehicle and logistics sectors. They appointed Eden to launch an integrated PR and marketing communications programme and launch social media channels.

Eden has extensive experience working with clients within the logistics and commercial vehicle sectors, having worked with several logistics operators as well as commercial vehicle dealers.

With knowledge of Eden’s expertise and excellent results for similar clients within their target sectors, Inspire were delighted to work with Eden, knowing the agency would deliver above and beyond expectations.

Inspire’s key objectives were to position themselves as leaders in the market, promote the brand to their target audiences (these being existing and customers, CV dealers and transport and logistics operators), raise awareness of the benefits of Inspire’s products and services to potential customers, raise the profile of the Inspire brand, demonstrate it is a business that delivers and has a portfolio of quality customers to show credibility.

Health and safety is a priority for commercial vehicle businesses and Eden was tasked with showcasing Inspire’s adaptability, customer loyalty and resilience to continue to provide a one-stop-shop solution.

the solution

Eden created a communications strategy that bought together and maximised current assets, whilst demonstrating the values of the business and utilising all relevant media channels to communicate, ensuring all messaging, activity and content was on brand.

Eden developed a phased approach, firstly to ‘kick start and refresh’ which included getting the basics in place – creating social media profiles, refreshing website content and beginning our initial media outreach. Secondly, to ‘develop and grow’, increasing media relations output, identifying awards, growing social media platforms and driving traffic to the website.

Using our media contacts and targeting trending topics within the sector, Eden was able to secure an array of features in top target titles, alongside regular news coverage.
